What should I do if my order is delivered with a damaged item?Updated 10 months ago

We take great care packing your order but damage in transit can happen. Please inspect all deliveries immediately to ensure your goods are correct and undamaged. Please notify us of any issues within 7 day.

Please take photos of the damaged item and email us at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the damage. Alternatively you can call us on our free-phone number 0800 085 4865, to allow us to assist with arranging for replacements or refunds.
