Updating Payment DetailsUpdated 9 months ago
This information will be stored within your ‘Shop’ account, and not from our website. Some are unaware that a ‘Shop’ account has been created for them, when they’ve previously shopped online with a store that using ‘Shopify’.
To update, amend or delete payment details, you must do so via your customer record on ‘Shop’. Here is the link and instructions https://shop.app/
Updating Payment Details:
- From the Shop app, tap the Account icon.
- Tap Payment methods.
- Do any of the following:
- To add a credit card, tap the + icon, enter your card details, and then tap Save card.
- To delete a credit card, tap on the credit card you'd like to delete, and then tap Delete.
- To change your billing address on an existing card, you need to delete and then re-add your card.
