If your parcel has been delivered to an incorrect address, please contact our customer service team on 0800 085 4865; Our team will contact DPD on your behalf.
You can identify the delivery location using DPD tracking, which provides a GPS location at the time of delivery. We recommend, if possible, retrieving the parcel yourself, as it may not be feasible for the driver to return the same day. Please note that DPD initiates investigations for incorrectly delivered parcels, which can take up to six days to resolve.
