How can I order a replacement part for a product if it's been damaged?Updated 5 months ago

To order a replacement part for a damaged product, you will need to contact the retailer from whom you originally purchased the item. If you purchased it directly from our shop, we will check with our distributor to see if replacement parts are available. If we can assist in sourcing the necessary part, we will gladly do so.

Some of our products come with manufacturer warranties, which are detailed on the product page. For items covered under a guarantee, we will contact the distributor to arrange for replacement parts to be sent to you.
