Please see the below points for our terms and conditions for applying promotional codes:

• Promo/discount codes must be applied at checkout, or prior to payment of order by phone to receive the applicable discount.
• Promo/discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively after completion of order and refunds will not be offered in place.
•  Only one promo/discount code can be used per order.
•  With 'one time use' promo/discount codes, if your order value is below the value of the code, no residual code will be issued.
•  Promo/discount codes are valid for a limited time (subject to the stated specific code conditions) and cannot be extended.
•  Discounts may apply to eligible products only (subject to the stated specific code conditions) and may exclude shipping fees.
•  Promo/discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers.
• New Subscriber and all non product specific Promo Codes are one-time use only, valid against full price products (excluding Schwegler, Vivara Pro, Woodstone and Live Mealworms) and are not applicable against surcharge shipping fees.
•  'Photo Competition Winner' voucher codes are valid against all products and are not applicable against surcharge shipping fees.
•  We reserve the right to modify or cancel promo/discount codes at any time without notice if it is deemed necessary.
