How do I cancel my order?Updated 2 months ago
You can cancel your order within 60 minutes of placing it, providing you did not place your order between 2.45pm and 3pm.
To cancel your order, click Edit Order on your order confirmation email, as shown below and follow the steps. However, if you wish to cancel your order between 2.45pm and 3pm, please contact our customer service team immediately after order confirmation on our free-phone number 0800 085 4865. 
Please be aware that for orders placed after 5pm on Friday and over the weekend, our team do not work during these hours to respond to cancellation requests. If you do not cancel your order yourself via the link in your order confirmation email, please be aware our warehouse team resume work earlier than our customer service team on a Monday morning, therefore it's likely your order will have already been picked and packed before we are able to respond to cancellation requests.
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been despatched. If your order has already been despatched, you will be able to refuse the parcel upon delivery, alternatively please see our returns policy.
